Helpful SureClose Hint for Today (What are those little green flags?)

In almost every demo that I do where I'm showing off our transactions and systems on SureClose, the number one question I am asked is, "What do those little green flags mean?"  So, here is the answer in case you were wondering: The little waving green flag indicates that the item it is next to has been modified in some way since the last time the user was in that file.    This can be really handy if you are in a hurry and just want to check updates.  It will save you the time of sifting through the entire file.  This allows you to just look for items with green flags and check your updates quickly.

If you have a question regarding SureClose or online transaction management, feel free to check us out at www.Realt-eTransAct.com or email me with your question.  I hope this helps!

Looks like it is a good system - does it interact with WinForms?

Been there, Done that...
Not yet, but it should be coming soon.  One big plus is that SureClose is integrated with Top Producer.  I have been processing transactions on SureClose for over 5 years now.  We have been able to take our operations to completely paperless and we process over 400 transactions a year.  It is a great system.
