Just came back from a day long Motivational Seminar. One of the speakers was the inspiring Coach Lou Holtz. I condensed his hour down to three points that every Real Estate Agent and most other people who draw breath can use to their advantage.
1. Always, always, always do the RIGHT THING.
2. Ditto for the DOING THE BEST YOU CAN DO
3. Make people know you are genuinely interestd in THEM - be a good listener.
I personally practice these three principles, and guess what? K-CHING! K-CHING! K-CHING!
People remember you for what you are and do. Referrals follow when you practice these three principles
