Its been six months since you first moved into your beautiful new home on the hill and it keeps blowing fuses every second day. Oh that's right you didn't want to spend the extra money. Yes I realize you know everything there is to know about houses you've been trying to prove that to me since the first house I showed you. Those home improvement shows that you watch on TV told you everything you need to know. That dirty real estate agent.
The bank said you could borrow that much money and afford it. You swore you'd start a budget right after you purchased all new furniture for your new house. Now its been a few years and your mortgage is up for renewal but by golly the 'banks' have increased their lending rate. How will you afford to eat. That dirty real estate agent.
You're kidding, your house didn't close on time because your lawyer is on vacation. He's headed to a family reunion that you have to miss because you planned on moving into your new home. Good Ol' Uncle Charles assured you'd he'd make sure his partner did up all of the necessary paper work before the closing. Now your camping in the driveway and the seller is threatening to sue you. That dirty real estate agent.
So really what did that dirty real estate agent really do for you to earn her commission. Well she drove you around and showed you every house you wanted to see and also threw in some more choices that she thought may work for you. Even after looking at the twenty seventh house she still smiled and took you out to lunch. She answered all of your phone calls and questions even if it was the middle of the night. She wrote a legal binding contract for you to hold the seller to and got you a decent price on the house. She did her job that dirty real estate agent.
