BPOs

Real Estate Sales Representative with REALTY WORLD - Bragg & Associates

I have been in real estate for almost a year now and I am looking to expand my horizons.  I am interested in getting my foot in the door with BPOs, in the hopes that I will eventually convert those into listings.  I have started signing up with different companies online but it hasn't been as fruitful as I would like it to.

Does anyone have any suggestions or stories about how they got started?  Anything helpful would be greatly appreciated!

There is the REO group here at Active Rain that helped me out a lot with where to start.  It is a good resource.

Daniell, keep looking online. There are a ton of companies out there.  I know that you've signed up with quite a few.  It takes some time, but stay with it.  It just takes that one company that you signed up with having a need in your market area.  What zip codes are you using?  Don't forget about adding your SC zip codes, at least N. Augusta 29841 if not 29860 (Edgefield Co. can be tough).
