Home Sales in Lone Tree in October remained at the same level as in September,
and that is good news. Homes are still continuing to sell better at the lower price range whereas the luxury homes are hardly moving. Rita, your market looks pretty stable.  Your sales are about 10% of your listings......same as our market.
