Does anyone have any experience using the ListingLight?

http://www.listinglight.com/

IMO, it's creative, it will increase exposure and it will step up your listing game.

Anyway, any experiences with it? Great idea? Terrible idea?

The testimonials sound great, but they don't share the negative (should anyone have any)...

Hi Joshua,

I have heard about this but have not seen it used but my bet someone out there is using it and will give you the lowdown on it.  I'll be interested in reading what they say.  Thanks for asking.

Hi Joshua,

Yes, we've been using a product like this (not this exact one) for about 2 years now. Does it make a huge difference to buyers, probably not. Do sellers love it, you bet! It's become an item our our marketing plan that says they will have "an illuminate" sign installed in their front yard. I'll explain it's not like a spotlight or anyting like that....it's a light bar which runs across the top of the sign and illuminates each side.

Actually some seem to be brighter than others, but it's quite obvious there home is for sale to anyone driving down the street after dark. About a year ago, I had two neighbors standing in a drive way across the street from a listing of mine. When I drove up, the first thing they said, was "we love your sign".

At this point we continue to use them on some properties, yet not all.

I've seen these things on some of the signs around here. I thought it was just something someone came up with on their own. Interesting.

I have 2 or 3 Posts and Panels that get stolen every week, I can only imagine how fast these would get taken.

Jay - that's terrible. Who wants to steal someone elses real estate sign? Competition? They at least come with locks...so any would be thief would be turned off. As the saying goes on the car forum I read, if a thief wants it, they'll take it somehow.

But that is my current objection to it right now. Other than that, I see no disadvantages.

I saw these lights at the convention last year. I have heard they are great for lost or stolen. I have not seen any in my marketing areas. Good Luck.

it seems like a really great addition to any marketing plan, but I wonder if they are locked onto to the sign or just screwed in....I would think that someone can just come and take the light away. Its a good concept for safe neighborhoods.

Hi Joshua,

My name is Bob Visotcky an agent and inventor of the LISTINGLIGHT. Feel free to call any of the 100+ testimonials we have on our website www.LSITINGLIGHT.com. We were first to market and the reason we used batteries that last up to 2 months was due to solar isn't as bright or as reliable. Solar landscaping isn't bright so why have it try and light up a sign? Also 1 solar panel only has a 40% maximum output. Our 4 led's on each side is equivalent to a 30 watt light bulb. They lock on to your sign and sellers love the added exposure...150 hours per month is an extra day per week! If you ordr online and enter sold in the promo code you'll get a 15% discount. Remember you want to have them in your farm area first! Thanks for the inquiry.
