Hello everyone, it has been a little while since my last post. I have gone thru all of the emotions is the past few weeks, some deals that were going along well, suddenly fell apart. While this is nothing new for 2009 it affected me hard this time, harder than it should have, and that is my own fault. It was my decision to let it affect me and for how long it would last. I am out of it now and moving forward again. Bill......this phenomenon is affecting many of us right now as the market and economy etc continue to struggle. The prognosticators and talking heads can say what they want but in the real world, things are still pretty challenging. I have had many more deals "fall apart" in the past few months than I have had close but the fact is, now is the time to step to the plate and keep playing ball. Be encouraged!
