I previewed a home today, actually two. I have a number of buyers VA and I don't know how many FHA. Now these loan programs aren't bad, they just have a few requirements. It appears that the limited inventory is taking it's toll on the buyers! I called on two listings today that were in decent condition, and both properties have already received 25+ offers (listed for only 3 days.) That means two winners and 48 losing bids. That means regular home sellers, it is time to put your home on the market and get a great price! If you are in the Hayward area, let's get together. A well taken care of home will go a long way in this market! I am ready.. Alameda County needs the inventory. Hayward can carry the prices. If the REO industry can't bring in the inventory, than regular home sellers, it's up to you! What a great time to "move up". I don't think the holidays will get in the way this year. The buyer strength is at an all time high! If you are a regular seller in the Alameda County area, especially in Hayward, now is the time!

Kimberly... The tide is turning.. there is less inventory here in Connecticut. Let's hope this is a sign of GOOD things to come.

We can echo the same for San Diego, Ca., there was an agent that had 70 offers in on one home, so 69 buyers are still out looking. We are also seeing FSBO's having much more success on their own. With as many offers that came in on this one listing the price probably way over list.
