Are you mistaking "Value driven" customers for "CHEAP" customers?? Can you tell the difference?

I can't stand a "CHEAP" customer. I dont want to work for them, I do however, LOVE A VALUE DRIVEN CUSTOMER!!!

At first glance, they all look the same...they all want the lowest price. But theres a distinct difference-

Cheap customers only care about the lowest price and they will seek out the lowest price at all cost.

Value driven customers look cheap, but when presented with a cheap product or service and weighing the quality...they'll see the value in spending more (They want the lowest price, but they are not willing to sacrifice quality to get it)

Can you tell the difference when you get in front of them? How can you tell?.......

ASK THEM !!! Are you cheap or value driven...let me explain, My brother is cheap! He wants the lowest price always, and whatever he buys usually breaks within the first use...I on the other hand learned from my daddy when I was little...he said "Son...when your gonna buy something, buy something good. Spend a little extra. That way you'll only buy it once and have it for a lifetime."

Two brothers, 2 different views...So, are you cheap or value driven???

I am value driven. But when you ask customers, no one everyone wants to say that they are cheap. It generally comes down to putting their convictions to the test and that can not always be done with a question.
