I have been noticing that every offer I write up has multiple offers on it! I wrote up an offer the other day for $22,000 above list price and we were knocked out of the running! Is this happening everywhere? I live in Washington state. I'd love to hear if you are experiencing the same thing! We really need to let our clients know that this is the situation now and to come in with their best offer!
