The 2009 Providence Utah real estate market has been fairly consistent with the seasons of the market. The October average Providence Utah home stayed on the 96 days. That is the best month since March! Every other month this year besides March and October have seen average numbers over the century mark. Hopefully this trend continues downward.

Thanks Shane, it's good to see you running some real estate numbers. Being that there aren't a whole lot of real estate sales in Providence, it might be more beneficial to rurn numbers in Providence by the quarter or something.
