There are options!!!

Are you overwhelmed?  Can't pay your mortgage?  As you may know you aren't alone, in case you didn't know, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.  You may need to hear that because when you are facing tough times, you so often feel alone.  When you are going through tough financial times, you may hear it all over the media and all of that, but for some reason it feels like no one knows what your going through.  Most people try to carry on and act like all is well until their world comes crashing down.  Your world doesn't have to come crashing down when it comes to facing foreclosure.

I know that if you are not making your payments you are being inudated with letters and flyers, and postcards of all these people who can help you.  Some of them seem very cheesy.  Some seem like crooks.  Some sound too good to be true.  So you toss them.  You don't even bother opening most of them.  Does this sound familiar?

I also know that if you have tried to communicate with the bank, it is very possible that they seem unwilling to work with you.  You have been hearing all this hype about banks working with homeowners and all the loan modifications and lowering payments, lowering what you owe, etc., but you call and YOU DON'T QUALIFY is their standard answer. So you give up.

So here is my advice to you-DON'T GIVE UP!!!  You do have options.  Yes, it is embarrassing, but trust me, when you begin to take control of your situation instead of it controlling you, you will feel so much better.  Just making the phone call and facing it brings a huge sense of relief.  Contact a trusted, LOCAL Realtor, and see how they may be able to assist you.
