Some knock your socks off properties on Caravan today

Today was unique. Well all days are unique, but today's broker caravan highlighted two totally different but absolutely fabulous, knock your socks off!!!!!!!! homes. One right on the sand in Del Mar. It had everything right. The finishing touches gave new meaning to polished and was a wow from top to bottom. Each bedroom had a private bath with carvings and flooring that showed great attention to detail and were wows. The fabric wallpaper and ceilings - the inner courtyard for entertaining and a pool. The back patio with steps to the sand and the balcony off the master looking out at the Pacifc definitely set this house apart along the Del Mar Coast line. The graceful Italian style columns and decorating put this house on the top of my list for all time, and I have seen a lot of houses. I am a realtor!

The other home was totally different. This one was set inland, in Fairbanks Ranch in Rancho Santa Fe, is it's own private oasis, a small pond and creek with beautiful landscaping. A kind of magical estate. You enter through huge wooden gates to this incredible home then cross over a bridge to the guest house, past fountains and grottos to enjoy a repast under the gazebo by the tennis courts.  Totally different than the Beach house. Bigger everything. Acres. Beautifully decorated. Gracious living.

The Beach house is $50.m and the Ranch house just under $9.m. Both totally different but magical houses. Both in amazing locations that were extraordinary. Houses to remember and dream about.  A very special brokers caravan.

I've had an idea to start blogging about  house tour on a site called SouthernMdBestBuys.com. I have not set it up yet but name is reserved to do this for Tour and Open Houses. Sounds good for you, too!

Hi Deborah, I was also prepared to do a blog about homes we see on tour, but we have some limitations.  I wrote a blog about it and wonder what you think? To Blog Yet Not Let Blog, That is The Question
