well its been a while and no one except me made comment, have you received your money back yet?

I am an Owner/Broker in Boise, Idaho and have never heard of them.  Maybe they don't do business in Idaho and that appears to be a good thing!  Best of luck!  Jim

Hey guys I talked to this company on the phone it appears as if they are interested in the $99 dollars a month fee rather than getting any of us REO work or BPO work. I asked questions such as what companies use your system approx. how may BPO's do you get in my area. He responded that they farm out the orders to a specific person in my area but they may change that if I join them. No sense in joining a company that can not tell you if they have orders in your area and then say they farm them out to a specific person. I will keep my $99 dollars a month and work on getting orders from companies that do not charge to join them.

I think TAZA REO is a single interface that allows you to manage all you REO pics or docs. My team is working with this on behalf of a realtor in florida. If you have lots of brokers working under you from different states this will help you a lot!!!  And also are able to assign BPO requests to agents in volume quantities and manage the complete process online. Brokers and agents are able to login and use simple online forms to complete their evaluation.
