MONEY magazine Gets It!!! Hire a Property Manager to Manage Your Rental Property!!

For the last several years, many magazine and newspaper articles touting real estate investment and the "joys" of buying foreclosure properties always mention the business of being a landlord and rarely do they promote using a property manager.

While grocery shopping today, I bought the latest MONEY magazine and read the article regarding buying a rental home in Detroit for $6,900 down....obviously there were more costs with renovations and make-ready and in the article, the writer actually points out that the cost of a property manager to keep the property RENTED is cheaper than loosing 2 months rent by the landlord attempting to do the management and leasing themselves.

KUDOS!!  Property Managers ADD value to real estate investments!!!
