How Do You Picture Yourself at 80 or 90 or 100 years of age?

Services for Real Estate Pros with Charisma Media Group, LLC 50622

Some people have an 80 year old mind and a 40 year old body. Many who are in their 50's would have a hard time keeping up with many of the folks you'll see in this video.

These people don't live in Sun City Hilton Head, but like them, there are so many here who have accepted the challenge of getting in the best shape of their lives and staying that way.

How about you?

Sun City Hilton Head is an active adult community for those 55 years of age an older. If you want to get fit, stay young...let me show you around our community.

Hi John-  I don't picture myself competing in the events in your video, but still trying to complete my to-do list! Thanks for the inspiration anyway.  --Sara in San Antonio

John - My husband is 70 years old and still teaches tennis.  I could see him in one of these events in his 80's no problem.  My mom just turned 97 and my dad's mom lived past 100, so I guess I better work at the gym more.  Very inspiring video.

Hi Gail, Good for your husband!! And-- You have great genes--

...I can tell you it is a wonderful thing to stay fit. Before thanksgiving dinner my daughter-in-law, son-in-law and I ran a 10K turkey trot in Richmond VA--they beat me by 8 minutes--but it's fun to compete with the "30 somethings."
