Ok I officially have been wounded enough by this economy madness. After the foreclosure auction today I went to Chevron to pick up some Peanut Butter Mochi and while waiting in line to pay for it, I over heard the cashiers talking to a customer. (Oh you are off early from work today---- Oh got laid off------ Oh sorry to hear that ---- Oh everyone got laid off today! ---- Oh we are sorry, take care ---- Aloha) You could feel the sorrow in the room, you could the feel desperation melting from his heart, you could hear the breaking of hearts all of us; at once. Just right before the holidays, smacked right in the wallet, these folks have families, lives to provide for. I have officially been overdosed with sorrow and loss. And I am just reporting the facts for Foreclosures. Imagine if that was your father, husband, brother, boyfriend and the pain he felt.

In this volatile Real Estate market it is important to understand the many facets of this changing market, appraisers begin to pen this (2015) market as a upswing Real Estate market, with the ability to increase the appraisal by .3/4 per month of last comparable sale. When choosing a Realtor/Broker keep in mind the many attributes that bring in expertise, short sales, foreclosures, REO’s and the continuing straight forward Multiple listing sales. I have experience in every market, in every condition.

I bought house on land contract put $20.000 down, then married my 3rd wife and she wanted her name on the house so i refinanced the house in her name. Took my $20.000 back from refinancing she stopped paying mortgage and they would not talk to me because i left my name off the house. So i lost the house and allot of sadness put Lot's of heart redoing the house.
