Thankful for BPO's!

In this high foreclosure Arizona market, it has been very helpful to complete BPO's. They keep you abreast of recent comps in various neighborhoods and they keep you in tune to market conditions. Not to mention that the extra cash in nice to keep you going in between closings!

When I was doing BPO's at the end of last year they did certainly take me in to neighborhoods that I might not have covered before.

Interesting, I don't do them, but many other agents in my area do.  Good for you!

I would love to do some BPO's --- can you tell me how to get connected to some of the companies that will let me do them?  Thanks!

The easiest way to find various companies is to google search BPO's. Then you can fill out applications with various companies/ The amount of work will vary form company to company but at least it gets you a foot in the door. I hope this helps!

I've been contacted to do BPO's, but wasn't too sure I'd want to do them ever again. The one I did for one bank took me hours to complete. Looks like you've figured it out though. ;-)

Agreed! And for the lady in red, the more you do, the quicker it gets!

Anytime you look at neighborhoods via computer comps or showing houses, it keeps you up on what's happening and what's available.
