In the years of the boom, 2005 and up there were lots of new licensees as well as Real Estate Companies. Some may be consider oustanding, some Excellent and some good, but the thuth is none of the the best will stay for longer.
However we carefull of some Nationwide companies such ZIPREALTY, not only is dishonest with their agents but they organization is completely repulsive.
If someone would like to have proof of bad pratices and dishonest behavior, do not hesitate to contact me for proof of words. ( from the courts not from the public)
This company is being sued all over the country because of their continuing practice of stealing commission to the agents!!!!!!Big Time!!!!!
SO BE WATHCFULL AND DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKS.
