Listing Agents Needed . . .

Dear Fellow Members of the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS®:

The Fantasy of Trees has long been a tradition in East Tennessee and each year 55,000 children and adults mark the arrival of the holiday season by visiting this festive event. Plans are already underway for the "Gingerbread Village" at the 23^rd Annual Fantasy of Trees, to be held November 21-25 at the Knoxville Convention Center.   This year the "Gingerbread Village" will be dedicated to the memory of Barney Thompson.

The donated homes in the Gingerbread Village are displayed and sold at the event to raise money for Children's Hospital. The Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® will again sponsor the Gingerbread Village, and I'm writing to invite you to join your fellow REALTORS® in "listing" these Gingerbread dwellings. For only a $150 sponsorship, you become the listing agent for one of these exclusive homes. Your "sign" (business card) is posted in front of the house, giving you exposure to thousands during the five-day event.

As a listing agent in the Gingerbread Village, you will receive the following items:

•                        . Name listed in News Sentinel insert the Sunday prior to the show

•                        . Five complimentary event tickets (valued at $10 per ticket)

•                        . Advertising on a gingerbread house (your business card)

•                        . Name listed on show signage and program

Funds from this event allow the hospital to purchase state-of-the-art medical equipment in an ongoing effort to provide the best care possible to every child. Your help is needed to make this venture a success for Children's Hospital and for the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS®. For only $150 per house, you can have the easiest sale of your career and help make a difference in the life of a child!

To "list" your house, please complete the attached pledge form and fax to Children's Hospital Development Office at (865) 541-8285, or mail to East TN Children's Hospital, Development Office, P.O. Box 15010, Knoxville, TN, 37901 by September 1, 2007.
