If a house falls into foreclosure, and nobody hears it, does it make a sound?

It is sad to see so many empty houses that were once homes my friend. This too shall pass.

Very poetic, and so true. I just hope business is good for you so you don't have to supplement your income with poetry, although poetry is nice.

Claude it is very sad to hear the sound of home wail as a house of only bricks and mortar.  Well said. 

I hate to walk in to those rooms painted up with Spiderman and Princess decor knowing these kids will now be forced to live in an apartment or a rented house where they aren't going to be allowed to paint their rooms and make it their own.

 

Claude, very  inventive and poignant expression of a reality that has become too prevalent.

The ripple effects from that sound are heard across the community and the neighborhood for months until somebody new moves in and hopefully starts taking care of the place.

Amen,  the foreclosure hammer does make a sound and we should hope and pray that they do.

You undermine yourself, Claude.  That was beautifully written.  And as for golf, I am sure you are better than you think.  BTW I have the same problem as you in both areas :)

I heard screaming last week from a seller finding out their home went to foreclosure during a short sale.  Not a happy sound.
