I run queries each morning, of specific locations, regarding number of listings, number under contract and numbers sold. I enter on spreadsheets and keep a history of those numbers. Fairly easy takes about 30 minutes a day to cover our county. It keeps me informed, so I can provide accurate answers to my clients. I also provide this data to my listings, so they are educated on thier local market and are ready to make an educated decision when an offer comes in. Since the decisions are theirs to make, I want them as informed as possible.
