Hi Claudette,

I was reading through your market reports in Natich,Southborough,Hopkinton and Ashland. How large of an area would say say these communities encompass? One of the things that I find so interesting is getting at least a quick speak ability on other markets in comparison to our own. I like the way you organize these reports, they are clean and clear to understand. Thanks for sharing this information for all of us not in your area to gain perspective.

Hi Claudette:

That's a pretty good number of homes went under contract and closed last week.

Hopefully, some of these were your transactions!  I hope it continues there!

Claudette:  Looks like Ashland has a decent amount of inventory for those that may be coming to the area during the holidays.

Hi, William:

Hopkinton is has around 28 square miles, Ashland is 12.9 square miles, Southborough is 15 square miles and Natick is 16 square miles.  These are relatively small, but very nice towns.

Thank you.

You are right.  For the small town of Ashland, this was a fair amount of homes to go under agreement, particularly at this time of the year.

Chris Ann:

Yes, there are quite a few homes on the market right now.  I am hoping for some holiday buyers to take advantage of them.
