Now is a great and perfect time to buy a house. The interest rate are at an all time low, the selection is great, you should be able to find just what you would want in a home. If the news media would find something else to destroy, we could get on with our life.

Thanks for the warm welcome to AR. You are right about the media, many sat on the fence uncertain especially late last year and beginning of 09. Without all the negativity buyers who ignored the media would have had more inventory to choose from and rates combined.
