Wonderful Retail Building: 118-120 Main St. Milford, OH

By
Real Estate Agent with Sibcy Cline Realtors

In the heart of Old Milford sits a beautifully maintained commercial building in a centralized location on Main street. Upon entering, you are greeted by the beauty of original hardwood floors, and a gorgeous, well-preserved tin ceiling. The building was built in 1900, and it is truly a breathtaking piece of history.

When the owner purchased the building, it needed a great deal of work and updating. Some of his improvements included repairing the roof and updating the furnace. The original floors were refinished, and new duct work was installed throughout.

The building offers large display windows, space for an office, storage areas, a loft, and a partial basement. It also offers great views of Old Milford. At any given time, people are shopping or walking past on their way to the various shops or restaurants that are also located in the area.

The building currently serves as home to two businesses, but exists as one 5500 square foot building according to the Clermont County auditor. With two addresses, the building could be divided into separate buildings. The space is so open and versatile, that is could be used for practically an type of business. A fantastic opportunity for any business!

Hi Ken,

Thanks! I haven't done commercial for very long, but I love it. Marketing a commercial property is much more of a challenge though-more traditional marketing strategies and lots of legwork.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!
