This is the time of year many agents "close up shop" and put their business on the back burner. Here's a tip or two; keep plowing forward, work everyday that you can and cultivate the relationships you have. Home buyers and sellers are thinking about real estate everyday so shouldnt their agent? Forget cookie baking, instead, hand write Christmas cards to your clients, past, present & future. Very true. I had a listing appointment yesterday, a home inspections and a counter offer to write today. I don't slow down until Christmas Eve. December offers make great January closed sales.
