If FSBO's are such a great source of business why don't more agents work with them?  The seller's are motiviated to sell.  Further, statistics tell us that

1. most FSBO's will eventually list with an agent
2. 100% of compenting agents will have quit contacting a FSBO after four weeks. 
3. A ready made opportunity for most agents.
