I've been working on this short sale since March of this year. Unbelievable that it would take so long, especially since I had a willing seller and the place has been empty for a very long time. I hear that short sales should get processed much quicker next year. I hope that will be the case. Good luck to everyone with your short sales and with finding homes for your buyers.
