Nancy, we have builders and RE developers in New Jersey dead in the water. This State is not very Business friendly and in a bind for money, like most others. The value of residential RE has plummeted in many parts of the State and the revenue for municipal purposes are derived from property taxes and fees. Regarding new construction, we don't see anything of substance happening until next spring at the earliest and it is my feeling that the same thing is happening out in your part of the Country.
