My newest listing

I am happy and proud to post that I got a new listing in Scottsdale.  I have been working with particular client for quite a while and was so excited when he called today and told me to, "Get it done!"  It is a great home ready to be fixed up sitting on a prime acre in Scottsdale.  It is priced at just under $900,000.  I already have a couple of people that are interested, and think it will sell quickly.
