Judith - Interesting article which seems to minimize, in a somewhat convoluted fashion, the current glut of both rental and for sale units.  And if that's the message, I would strongly disagree.  The oversupply of housing in the U.S. is even greater than most believe or admit and will continue to create problems for the economy for many years.  

Interesting information on the vacancy rate of houses. thanks for sharing this. I do feel this is an even greater problem than the article states.
