After watching this video, it appears that Google has positioned itself into a variety of options for real estate professionals to gateway their communications into the Web 3.0 platform. I can see this evolving into the contract editing/meeting/conversing capabilities. Almost like a Live-Go-To-Meeting event. It appears very interactive and instant. The You Tube video is right from the Google conference as they unveil it to their web developers. Check it out. Aside from the obvious instant/interactive message board capabilities, I see this tool as a potential Transaction Management facility.

Aye carumba! I can't believe you actually watched the entire 80 minute video. I watched the Cliff Notes version which was less than 8 minutes. Even then, it was very evident that Google is on it's way of fully integrating into our online presence.

Sounds good. A prominent broker mentioned to me a few days that he thought google would be running a national MLS within a few years. :) Which is why I love Google, from my gmail accounts to google docs, to the adsense deposits into my bank account.

One of the ways we plan to work with Google Wave is through the shared tasks we perform for our REO side of the business. Since it is so time critical and often the four of us who are partnering in this aspect of the business are busy with traditional business, we use Google Wave to stay on top of what has been done and what needs to be accomplished. I just love new tools. I am sure George Orwell envisioned a place like Google that has so much of our information, but I think, heck let them watch us work.

Great video - except it is a bit long at 1-1/2 hours for the entire conference. I am looking forward to the Bloggy feature allowing embedded waves in blog posts.
