Could it have been the presentation? Royal Oak condo is now ready

By
Home Stager with Stage-Show-Sell

This Royal Oak condo has been on the market for the last two years.   Other condos in the complex have been selling and they were all in the same basic price range.

The condo has a lot to offer.  It has garage parking, and elevator from the garage to the units floor.

Could it be that the presentation just wasn't there?

This Royal Oak condo is now ready to go on the market

Only time will tell if this is the magic that it takes to sell it.

Stage-Show-Sell stages at affordable prices.

The process included paint, light fixtures, door knobs, staging and carpet.  Much less than the price reduction they were ready to take.

Nice work Virginia. This job must have taken a considerable amount of time??

Very clever to put the link on the door knocker.

Wish I could say that I've never seen such outdated lighting but those are pretty typical for my area.

I'd bet that the showings pick up and a sale is in the near future.

Ginger, in your area are all those light fixtures associated with "older people communities"

We have that in this condo and that why we are updating it all.

Virginia the population of my entire area is about 75% seniors (55+) and second home owners (again many seniors) therefore almost every house that I see needs serious updating.  Definitely a challenge!

Im sure the updates will bring that sale;) Obviously the buyers were going for the units where they didn't have to do any work first. Great job!

Thank you all.  I'm working hard, not only on these properties, on the presentations.  Trying to do something just a little different to get not only the eyes of AR but comsumers.

Thanks again for the compliments.

I can't wait for this condo to hit the market  HOPEFULLY next week.

Virginia,

Good work.  The updates contributed to an overall increase in appeal and will widen the market.

I too would love to hear how this market stay goes - I'll bet it's a short one!
