After a little break I wanted to share another of our subdivisions with you. Mesa Hill is a mixed subdivisions, by mixed I mean a great range of homes. It is a mature subdivision, meaning that there are few lots left to build on. What it does mean is that there are great homes that come available in re-sale. The subdivision is located on Leigh Hill, which is the West side of Interstate 15 in Cedar City limits.

As you can see there are a great many styles of homes, this is a large subdivision that has been built in several phases.
