Mortgage and Lending with WR Starkey Mortgage

VA HOME LOANS IN MONUMENT  are one of the most used benefits by active duty and retired military personnel. The VA HOME LOANS IN MONUMENT allow a Veteran borrower to purchased a home with no down payment. They allow a seller of a home to help pay some or all of a Veteran's closing and prepaid costs when purchasing a property for his family.

Family home

In today's climate of low interest rates, there is another real value for the user of a VA HOME LOAN . These loans can be assumed by a subsequent purchaser and allow him to keep the original rate intact for the remainder of the loan period. Should rates begin to go up in the next few years, this would be a strong selling point for the Veteran who is being transferred. It is also a strong buying consideration for the purchaser because this will allow him to take advantage of a low rate and paymewnt for as long as he stays in the home. This could be a savings of a few hundred dollars a month over taking on a new loan at what could be considerably higher rates. For these reasons, the VA HOME LOAN should definitely be understood and utilized by home purchasers when buying their next family home.

Hi, Guy!  We used the VA loan long time ago and it definitely helped us purchase our first home.  It's offered here in my market, definitely helps the service members in nearby Scott Air Force Base and the retired military community as well.  We're not as badly affected here for the mere fact that the base is here, and also being close to St. Louis.
