Milton, Delaware, Christmas Parade December 2, 2009

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Active Adults Realty

The annual Milton Christmas Parade takes place Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at 7:30 pm. Sponsored by the Milton Volunteer Fire Department it's a fun event for the whole town. What's more fun than marching bands, lots of bright red fire trucks from all over the area, towns businesses and residents all decked out for the holidays.

Watch the parade anywhere on the route which begins on Union Street and continues through town onto Federal Street. Stop in to Irish Eyes in the heart of town and enjoy Milton's own Irish pub - order a Dogfish Head beer! Did you know that Dogfish, one of the most popular, fastest-growing craft breweries in the world is made right here in Milton, Delaware?

Look for me walking with the Milton Chamber of Commerce helping the town celebrate the arrival of the Holiday Season.

Kathy,

Sounds like it will be lot of fun. Just don't do it in high heels!

Hi Irene from the other Sussex County!

I gave up strutting in high heels for most occasions! It is a fun small town event and it's growing more as so many from NJ are moving here!
