Also in Ewa Beach, Hawaii and Kapolei, Hawaii, there are currently 141 single family homes for sale. Of those 141 homes for sale, 61 of them are short sales or lender sales or just over 43%.
MILILANI AND WAIPAHU TOWNHOMES AND CONDOMIUMS
Of the 131 townhomes and condominiums for sale in the Mililani and Waipahu neighborhoods of Oahu, Hawaii, 45 of those properties are short sales or lender sales or just over 34%.
MILILANI AND WAIPAHU SINGLE FAMILY HOMES
In the Mililani and Waipahu neighborhoods, there are currently 120 single family, active listings for sale. Of those 120, there are 24 that are short sales or lender sales or 20%.
These figures were taken from the Honolulu Board of Realtors website that we, as Hawaii Real Estate Agents use to input our listings into the Hawaii MLS. There is no doubt some human error involved. I see some listings that describe the property as a "short sale" in the remarks area but when I look at the "Sale Conditions", it doesn't say anything about it being a short sale.
