I wonder if the builder calculated how much it cost to have the house on the market for two years and compared it to the cost of staging
It's funny because I did a quote on another home that is new construction that has been on the market for about the same amount of time. He wanted it staged the same week as this builder, but decided against staging. I just emailed him and told him about this house and asked him if he wanted to reconsider. We'll see what happens. Thanks for all your supportive comments. I love all of the work you all do too. It's so nice to have such a great network of friends. Hope you all had a great holiday.
