If you make a pdf of your MLS sales used, insert that into your folder. After completing your appraisal pdf, insert that into your appraisal folder and you have a complete, archived work file. I do want to make it clear that my personal goal is not to run a 100% paperless office, that I'm not a part of this "green" movement, but do find it very helpful to use folders in cataloging my appraisal reports and associated attachments, images and the final report.
