It is hard to understand how a bank that has a good offer in front of them from a qualified buyer will delay the process so long that they could lose the buyer. A majority of the people who work in these departments at the lenders are lazy, useless, no effort or energy to help get the deal done. The attitudes, lack of return phone calls is brutal and you wonder why things are so bad. Maybe the government should investigate how the banks and their employees are handling the short sales and that would be a wake up call! All I can say os wow!
