NAR Benefits - Did Ya Know?

I typically spend this time of year reviewing, reading, pondering & setting goals for the New Year.  To that point, I perused the NAR website for the first time in a long, long time.  It dawned on me that they have so very many resources available to us as real estate agents.  One particularly noteworthy addition is that of a new website called: House Logic which is available at: www.houselogic.com  This wonderful resource offers tons of informative articles on everything from the value of adding a deck to your home to energy efficiency.  Tabs include topics on improvement, maintenance, engaging, taxes & incentives, finances & insurance along with news & activities.  The site also includes community spotlight stories of more relevance to your particular area.
