Services for Real Estate Pros with DUCTZ of Tucson ROC 240795 CR-05 (Dual)

The holiday season brings out the best in most of us - Christmas cheer, the season of giving, and all of that.  Unfortunately it also brings out the scammers who prey on the unwary or unsure.  Scams of all types can be hard to spot, but there are a few things a comsumer can do to protect him or herself.  Just remember, if it sounds or looks to good to be true, it probably is.

1.  Check the local Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.org - enter your zip code (our local in Glendale is 85308) to find the office by you and enter the name of the company you are investigating.  While scammers like to change their names a lot, they leave dirty footprints all over.
2.  Ask for the company's contractor license - in Arizona, you can check for complaints at www.azroc.gov .  Be wary if a company cannot or will not provide it - a contractor licensed in Arizona must reveal this by law.
3.  Ask for references with phone numbers - a legitimate company should be able to provide this with no trouble.
4.  Look online for complaints.

As always, if you have a question about any air duct cleaning service in the Phoenix Metro are please give us a call at 623-466-8625 or visit our website at www.ductz.com. You wouldn't go to an unlicensed doctor - why trust your home to an unlicensed contractor?
