Demand Success Today!

By

Attended the RE/MAX "Demand Success Today" session at the Marriott Phoenix Airport Hotel ballroom this morning. Dave Liniger was the only presenter slides. That link is to Dave's Twitter account. He's a little behind in his tweets.

It took me a lot longer to get home than expected because I had to pull over to the side of the road to get a short-sale closed (thank goodness for laptops). Another successful closing after I spent 45 minutes in the gas station parking at Carefree.

If you know anyone who wants to buy or sell Flagstaff real estate, send them to my website to get started: LogoBestFlagstaffHomes.com -- from there they can search all listings in Flagstaff -- or have them give Ann Heitland at RE/MAX Peak Properties a call at 928-714-0001. For more information on Flagstaff houses, give us a call.

Each office of RE/MAX is independently owned and operated. Each agent is an independent business.

Ann,

I saw the Demand Success program about 5 weeks ago here in Virginia.  Dave's only got 2 tweets so far, but he's not yet addicted, and besides as the Chairman and Founder of the World's #1 Selling real estate company, he may not have much time for Twitter.

Give us a little info on what went on the program.  I don't tweet either so I understand.  I don't have time.

Ann,

Tweeting is not something I understand, but closing a purchase successfully?  Congrats!

Tweeting -- I didn't understand it either. Not sure I do yet. I think of it as just another online presence. It's easy to do using the "share" function of many news articles -- or setting the automatic feature on Active Rain!

I'll be writing more about the Demand Success program over the next week or so, but the main take away was: learn how to do short sales and REOs because that's the market for the next 3-4 years.

I'm sure Dave has someone doing his tweets. But he's learned how to follow it on his phone so that when someone tweets him, he can call out their name from the stage. Good showmanship, as always!
