A: No, not with our Exclusive Referral Bonus Program!
Q: Is Vision Real Estate a Network Marketing or Multi Level Marketing Company?
A: No, our Team Members receive a 5% Referral Bonus when the Realtors they directly referred to the company close a transaction.
Q: Is the Referral Bonus paid from the Team Members commission?
A: No, all Referral Bonuses are paid from the company proceeds.
Q: Is the Referral Bonus based on company profit or other performance?
A: No, unlike other companies that may, we believe that is ridiculous.
Q: Is there a vesting period with your company?
A: Yes, glad you asked, you are fully vested after 3 years with the Vision Real Estate.
Q: So does this mean I will continue to receive my Referral Bonuses when I decide to retire?
A: Yes, so long as you have an active valid license here in the state of Idaho.
Q: Is the Referral Bonus paid into a 401k, profit sharing or other investment account?
A: No, it is yours to do with what you choose. We will just ensure your payment is ready at the close of escrow.
