What a great day for an open house. Perfect place to meet renters that want to buy now or in the future. Do you agree?

Almost half of my condo open house walk-ins today were renters. Military, retirees, young people - a great crowd! Per my last blog, what a nice service to offer to consumers: Show them what is available. This helps them either purchase now or prepare for a future purchase - perhaps they have a lease now and want to wait until it is up. This information is especially useful for those people new to our wonderful areas.

I hope all of my fellow Open Housers had a wonderful day as well! Ken

No Ken I did not have a good open house day at my condo in Alexandria. Not one person stopped by. Where did you post your information? Did you put it in the paper if so which one?

I think the key to a good open house is the location of the house and proper pre-advertisement. Although, bad signage will not help. Next time try posting a few ads in the local papers, sending out emails to your client base and of course, let all of your friends and family know to spread the work. -Charles

So, most sounded like we had a god day! Endea, ours was in the Wash Post - though we do not always do, on Craig's List (ALWAYS!) and signs with balloon - many of each!!!!!!!!
