Through Mayor Hornik's shared services efforts with Manalapan, please see the attached invitation to enjoy a Holiday Concert in our neighboring town
The Manalapan Arts Council is excited to present the "Champagne Pops!" concert performed by the Manalapan Symphony Orchestra and conducted by musical Director Michael Avagliano. The concert will include a bubbly mix of classic favorites, from Rossini overtures to Strauss Waltzes. In keeping with the New Year's tradition of the great Vienna Philharmonic, the program will conclude with the famous Blue Danube Waltz. The performance will be held on Sunday, December 6th at 3:00 pm, at the Manalapan Englishtown Middle School, 155 Millhurst Road, Manalapan New Jersey. The performance is free to all.
The exuberant performance will include selections include Strauss' Emperor Waltz, the overture to Die Fledermaus, the Hungarian Dances of Brahms, and the overture to La Gazza Ladra by Rossini.
The Manalapan Arts Council is the Township of Manalapan's volunteer organization that works to bring art and cultural events to the residents of Manalapan and the general public. Anyone interested in becoming a member of the Manalapan Arts Council should contact Susan Lapkin at (732) 446-8303.
