Keeping Relationships Strong

By
Real Estate Agent with The Sparkman Team at Coldwell Banker Mtn West Real Estate

Relationship marketing is the process of building business by nurturing existing relationships and turning clients into "Raving Fans."  Not only will these referral sources continue to hire you, they will highly recommend you to others.  You can also continually mine their resources to develop warm leads and tangential opportunities.

As Real Estate professionals it is our responsibility to Keep relationships strong. It is important for us to make a cultural paradigm shift and establish that relationship marketing is paramount to the success of our business.

During this difficult time, many professionals are focused on making money rather than Keeping Relationships Strong. This business is a marathon not a sprint!

Absolutely! The largest portion of my business comes from past customers who have become friends and excellent sources of referrals. I like your analogy of a marathon vs. a sprint...

Jim,  The best designation I have is the CRS.   I love their Building a Client Referral Business class and just took a "refresher" webinar yesterday with Chuck Bode from the CRS site.  I am definitely running a marathon and specifically contribute my good sales and leasing year in 2009 to this concept.  It's so critical that your clients trust and want to work with you.  All the best, Michelle
