RAINFOREST !! Whats in a Name ? A color !

As I am entering a listing in the MLS i asked myself, what color is this house ? Sometimes I go with my own opinion, is it sea foam? Is it canary yellow?  Lime Green?  I wonder if many agents actually ask their clients, what color did you paint your house?  Do agents come up with thier own name that they think sounds appealing?  So i knew my client had just painted his house last year. I bet he knew exactly what the color was called. What better color to enter in the MLS ?  As i dialed his number I hoped that he chose something cool and ran a few guesses by myself until he answered. Pleasant Surprise!  I loved his answer, and I think its very appealing. RAINFOREST GREEN!  I would love to see some comments with what your philosophy is on color names.

Honestly I have NEVER used a color name in any of my description. I will think about it, might be a good idea.

It's all about marketing.  I like rainforest green.  It sounds great, but I have no idea what color green it is.
