Thanks, Doug!  After years of working with REALTORS® and watching them struggle with different transaction management platforms while never really feeling like the program was bringing them, as the agent, any direct benefits, I think we have hit the mark head on with this app.  It is so easy to use and will give them exactly the pieces of the transaction that they need out in the field.

Yes, Pat, it is inevitable!!  Working on this app was my first hands on experience with the iphone and I have to admit, it is very cool.  It is a little tricky for typing but the graphics and especially the way that you can view and really work with documents is incredible.

Beth - Just another incentive to purchase that IPhone.  I don't know what is holding me back at this point.  Sounds like a great app.

Dawn, good news!  Blackberry is the next device that we will be working with for a similar app.  I'll be sure to post when it is completed.

Beth,

What is the status for the release of this.  I am anxiously awaiting this application!

For others above who mentioned maybe getting an iPhone - I was a major blackberry user for years with multiple units and I loved them.  Once I moved to the iPhone there is no comparison!!!  If you are able I recommend making the jump.

Mike,

It looks like we are on target for the launch on January 15th!  Also, I hope you are planning on registering for some of the sessions available during our two-day SureClose Realty Workshop on January 12th and 13th.  It should be a great event.  If you need information regarding registration and courses, let me know.

After releasing the app to our Beta users, we found a couple of security issues that needed to be addressed.  We have since completed the fixes and release the application to Apple.  It takes a couple of weeks to go through the approval process and become available in the app store.  You should expect to see it in the app store by March 1st.

Do you have an update on the SureClose app for Blackberry? What about an Android app also?

We have released a mobile version of SureClose for the Android last week.  It is available for download in the Android market.  At this time we don't have any plans to build a Blackberry version as it is a very expensive platform to develop on and Blackberry usage numbers on apps and even just web browsing don't support the development cost.  Blackberry makes a great phone and email device but they need to develop a better internet supported and mobile application device in thier next version.   Depending on which stats you use, having an app for the iPhone and Android should cover 65%-70% of the market.
