Everyone in the industry has heard the buzz about the new wireless applications that are coming to the real estate market and a select few of them have finally arrived that will blow you away if you are looking for a home in the near future.
Since I'm considered to be a "techy agent", I'm always looking for tools for my buyers that are "cutting edge" that will provide them with the latest and greatest information on homes for sale in the area as well as where these homes are located. I'm now incredibly excited that my brokerage firm, Fonville Morisey, is rolling out a new mobile application for smart phones that has a number of components, not just an IDX search engine, called Smarter Agent, that supports a number of smart devices including Blackberry, Samsung, and iPhones as well as GPS Ge-location for homes for sale. Buyers are looking for one location that they can search for homes and determine where they are located and Smarter Agent is the application that delivers.
